5 for Five #7

Happy Monday Morning!!

OK, time to link up for my 5 for Five!
Thanks to Jenn and Jessica for this fabulous link up as always!!


Here's how I did last week at my goals:
{Green=goal reached, Red=goal not reached}

February 4th - 8th

  1. Get my lunch walks in at least 3 times this week
  2. Workout at least 3 times this week
  3. Drink 4 (20oz) water bottles a day 
  4. Not stress out so much! Relax and just get through the week as best as possible
  5. Dinner at home every weeknight this week (I'm planning it now so I stick to it)
So 2/5, it's an ok week.  But I cant always beat myself up over my goals.  I just have to try my hardest and move on with the new week ahead!  :)  I will say, my lunch walks only happened twice last week.  The weather has been odd lately and I had NO desire to walk on Friday, so goal number 1, equals red.  Goal numero dos, working out only happened on Friday...RED! Goal number three, yay for water!  :)  Goal number four, not stressing out so much, I think I did good.  Goal numero quatro, dinner at home all days.  So we did really, really good until Thursday night.  We had a meeting that went long that night, so Mickey D's called our name and dinner was it.  

Lets get to this week's goals at hand:

February 11-15

  1. Workout at least 2 times this week.
  2. Drink, drink, drink lots of water!  NO SODA!  :) 
  3. Start a new sewing project: a quilt for the living room
  4. Don't overeat!!!!  
  5. Dinner at home every weeknight: (yes, veggies will be served with every meal)
    1. Monday - BBQ Cups
    2. Tuesday - Shake n Bake Chicken
    3. Wednesday - Spaghetti
    4. Thursday - Hamburger Helper
    5. Friday - Chicken Patty's

My weekend was fabulous as usual, it just always go by so fast, that I feel like I never get enough time to enjoy it all!

Found you from the 5 for Five!! Love that ya'll have the weeks dinner planned out. I try to do that, have gotten much better at it. Averaging 3 nights that I actually stick to the plan. Sometimes its just so much easier to go out to eat. :) Good Luck with this week!

Hey Girl! Thanks for linking up with us! We're so glad to have you :) 2/5 weeks happen- hey, I had an 0 for 5 week! We'll just blow it out this coming week! Loving your goals for this week- I think it's awesome that you have your meals planned out through the week, too! That is just great & is going to help you be successful- I know it! Good luck! I know you're going to make it happen this week!
