As you all know, I have been battling this cold for 2 weeks now and it still will not go away. Monday morning I woke up to snow everywhere and took a snow day at home. I did work from home for 4 hours which was nice, but I also was starting to develop a sinus infection and didn't realize it until I said something to Andy.
The teeth on the right side of my face were hurting. I wasn't grinding them, but I was continually pressing the top and bottom row together and get some relief Why I thought that was a good idea, is beyond me. I said something to Andy as we walking into the gym and he said his teeth we're bothering him too and said it could be sinuses. LIGHT BULB! {No seriously, I think a light bulb went off when he said that :) }
We went to bed that night and I was hoping that the next morning (Tuesday), that I would be feeling a little bit better. Wrong! I felt like someone had punched me on my right side of my face and my teeth we're really starting to bother me even more.
I saw my favorite doctor in the whole wide world, told her my symptoms and ding ding ding, a prescription was sent to Target pharmacy! :)
Tuesday night was the first night of the meds and I am starting to get a little bit of relief. My face doesn't hurt as much as it did the day before, but my teeth are still hurting a bit. By the time I went home Wednesday from work, my teeth we're hurting once again. Why I never thought to take some ibuprofen for the pain, is beyond me, because I even have a little of bottle of it in my desk drawer. Once it kicked in, I felt better. I never in my life was tired of talking than I was on Wednesday. I talked on the phone and in person all day long, recruiting at it's finest. :)
Here's hoping Easter will be sickness free!
