I am back on the working out wagon again and as you can tell by my posting title, Couch to 5K is also back. Reason being: my sister and I are officially signed up for the Komen Race for the Cure in Saint Louis. When I say we are officially signed up, I mean we entered in as timed runners. {Eyes wide open in fright}. What have I gotten myself into.....
Last week I started in the gym again training on the treadmill. I had decided to take photos of my distance and times each time I completed a day of training so that I could get if I was getting better throughout my course.

Day four of training is today, and I am not going to lie, I have NO motivation to go to the gym today......so sleepy!! All I want to do is put jammies on when I get home and watch TV all night.....BUUUUUUT we all know that I cannot do that. So, to the gym I must go!

Keep up the good work! You can do it! (: It's really hard to motivate yourself sometimes, but it's going to be so awesome once you've finished.

Thanks Jen! I'll admit it, I skipped out on the gym last night because I forgot socks in the gym bag and the grass needed cutting BAD!! Tonight is a for sure gym night!! Promise! :)
