WIAW #10


Happy "What I Ate Wednesday"!

We're linking up with Jenn over at Peas and Crayons for the ever fun, weekly "WIAW"

Disclaimer: I realize that my food choices for today are not the best, but I do what I can.  I can tell you that my portion sizes are getting much better though and I am not stuffing myself!  :) 
Early Morning Snack -  Orange Juice

Breakfast -  Apple/Cinnamon Oatmeal and a cutie

Snack - 1 milk/white chocolate chip cookie (sorry, didn't get a photo.  someone brought cookies in today....)

Lunch - Peanut Butter and Jelly (Strawberry), a handful of pita chips (Parmesan/Garlic flavor) and a cutie (was eaten after my 30 minute walk around the campus, 1.5 miles)

Snack - 1/2 Luna Bar.  Caramel brownie nut, yum!



Dinner - Baked spaghetti, 2 pieces of sesame bread and provel cheese lightly toasted and a big GREEN salad

Snack -  homemade peanut butter cookies.  YUM!!
