Coach Outlet Store

I don't know about everyone here, but I LOVE Coach purses.
{Insert husband shaking head right now}

The closest Coach Outlet to me is 2.5 hours away and it isn't very easy to get too.
One day, I received an email from Coach Outlet to shop online.

Shop Coach Outlet Online?!?? What the What!!

Heck, yes and you get all the discounts like you would in store.
The only way to get in on this AWESOME shopping experience is by invitation only.

Sooooooo, if you would like to shop Coach Outlet Online, you can email me at:

bettertogetherandforever@blogspot.com

I will add you to the invitation and get you in to shop your little hearts content off.

I will in no way sell you email address, I am just adding it to Coach's website so that you can shop like I can.

Right now Coach Outlet is lowering their prices on purses 30% and an additional 10% off on top of that!!  Woohoo!!!!

Here is how my week went.
Red is NOT accomplished, Green is accomplished.

December 10-14th Goals

  • Mail out Christmas Cards, these should be in this week
I will make sure to get a photo of these up on the blog this week.  I sent them out in the middle of last week so family should have gotten them already, or will be soon.

  • Wrap all Christmas presents and put under the tree.  Post a photo on my blog :)

  • Make dinner every single night this work week.  I am determined to make this goal this week!  Yup, I have failed this goal again.....I am not happy with myself.  No excuses.

  • Get those nails painted to be festive!!
I know, nothing too fancy, I think I am going to go with Red/Green Nails this week.

  • Start Couch to 5K!
    1. Monday - 5 minute warm up walk, Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking.  5 minute cool down walk.

    3. Friday - 5 minute warm up walk, Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking.  5 minute cool down walk.
Last week I had no excuse.  I was kind of down in the dumps and not happy.  Wasn't in the mood to workout and be motivated.  I really need to buckle down this week and get going!!

Weekend Recap

Good Sunday Evening to All!
I thought I would go ahead and post my weekend recap a bit earlier than normal.

Friday Night - I had found out about the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary Schools while at work and was in a state of shock.  I know that I do not live near Connecticut  but it really hurt my heart to hear about the shootings happening there.  I became really sad and a little bit depressed.  In fact, I was kind of sad all weekend.  I wish all of those families love and support through these next days, weeks, months and years.

Andy and I decided to spent the evening by going to furniture stores and seeing things we like and finding out what we can and cannot afford.  We are still undecided on what we are going to do.  Our plan is to start finishing the basement this winter, but we are not sure what's going to happen at this moment.

Saturday -  Andy really wanted to check out this furniture store that we passed last night that was not open yet.  We drove out to lunch at Bellacino's and looked around the store.   I did manage to get photos of my lunch and it was so delicious!!  I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Andy actually went into JoAnn Fabrics with me that day.  I had gotten a pattern for a dog hoodie and wanted to take a crack at sewing more.  I had become bored with making the table runner and didn't have fun doing it.  I spent a good 3+ hours at my kitchen table working on this hoodie and I messed it up.....I was bummin.  I used fleece and flannel for the hoodie and sewed one of the arms on wrong.  I was going to try and take apart the seam of the arm to fix it, but if you have ever tried to take the stitching out of fleece you will know, it is really really hard to do!  So I am going to start it over.  I plan on starting it sometime this week.  Once it's finished, I will post it and hopefully Keeley will cooperate and model it for you all!  :)

8" Cheese Pizza (I forgot to take a photo of my salad)

Andy had the pepperoni pizza grinder (it's a sandwhich).

Smokey "helping" me sew, yeah right!

Sunday - spent the day with my mom and brother Jeff.  We went to lunch at Chili's.  When we got back from lunch Jackson and Claire were up from their nap (Jena and Joe were babysitting), so we played for a little bit with them.  I did manage to get some photos of the cuties.  Spent the rest of the evening with Andy just watching tv and doing nothing. Thrilling, I know.

Claire being cute!

Me and Claire

Jackson would not take a picture with me.  He was being silly!

Here are my weekend photos of the fur-babies!

I hope you all have a great week!  I saw in our future forecast for snow on Thursday and possibly Tuesday (Christmas!!!!)

Days till Christmas:  8!!  :)

Proud Big Sister

I am so proud of my Brother, Jack!!

Last night, he called me to tell me that he has officially been accepted into the University of Missouri-Columbia (MIZZOU) for the 2013-2014 school year!

I cannot even explain in words how proud of him I am!

Jack was born as a preemie, 2 pounds 5 ounces on February 13th, 1995.  I may have only been 10 years old at the time, but I do remember that day very vividly.  My brother Jeff and I stayed with my Aunt Nancy while my mom had an emergency C-Section from complications of preeclampsia.  He was born 8 weeks early.  Jeff and I didn't know too much about preemies, and when we saw him he was so very tiny.

Now, he is a 17 year old kid who is so very smart and towers over me in how tall he is!

I found out that I was his first phone call last night, his comments were, "I cannot wait to hear Jessica's reaction".  I wont lie, I teared up hearing that and hearing that my baby brother is old enough to go to college!!!

I give Jack all of my love and support as he grows up and goes off to college.  I cannot wait to see what else is in store in his life.  I have enjoyed every minute of watching him grow from day one and cannot wait for this next journey in his life.

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm not going to lie, I am in a funk this week and do not know what my deal is.
I'm just tired and crabby so I thought I would change things up today and link up with Jamie over at This Kind of Love to her blog link up of:

Here's what I'm loving on this cold, sunny, 12th Day of December in Missouri...

I'm loving this photo I took on Monday night of me, Smokey and Keeley cuddling on the couch.

I'm loving that Christmas is only 13 days away and the New Year 2013 is only 19 days away!!

Photo: The presents are wrapped and under the tree!

I'm loving that I will be visiting with family (The Wades) in Alabama in early January!

I'm loving these Toms shoes!  I hope Santa is bringing me these!  :)

I'm loving my new winter hat!!  Hat came from Target, click here to see/purchase it online.

I'm loving trying out new recipes.  I love going to The Country Cooks website to get new recipes.  They are super easy and stuff that isn't too hard to make after working all day.

                        Spasagna                                              Meatball Sub Casserole

Those recipes are on my list to try very soon!

I'm loving listening to Christmas music at work.  I don't know why but Christmas time is just so magical for me.  Love, love, love Christmas time!!

I love this CD!!  His voice is so smooth and calming!

Weekend Recap

Weekend Recap
Sorry I didn't get this out on Monday like normal, I was having an off night Monday.

Friday night - Stayed home for the evening, which was nice since every week night we were running around some place or another.  For dinner we decided to heat up the remaining leftover of the Pasta Shells I cooked on Wednesday.  Andy really wanted to play his computer game so I decided to catch up on those weekly shows I hadn't seen yet, most importantly, Grey's Anatomy!!  I am hooked on that show again, I hope they don't cancel is anytime soon.  I was so very proud of myself though, I did get my butt off of the couch and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  I was prepping myself to start the Couch to 5K program again.  I walked 5 minutes, ran 1 minutes, walked 3 minutes, ran 1 minute and continued on this pace for 30 minutes.  One of the minutes I ran, I decided I was going to run at a very fast pace.  Now if you know me, I am not a runner, but I was bound and determined to do this.  I ran 1 minute at a 6.1 mph pace and I didn't fall on my face at all!!  I was so very excited!!!  Finished my workout and was pooped.  I showered and plopped myself on the couch, about 30 minutes into my couch session, I was out like a light (7:30pm....)  Pathetic I know, how I am going to survive having kids and no sleep is beyond me...

Saturday - clean the house day!!  I love to do this Saturday mornings, don't ask me why, it's just nice to have a clean house and spend the rest of your weekend not worrying about a dirty house.  Andy and I went out to finish the Christmas shopping and we ran into this AWESOME couple at Target.  They are extreme couponers and it was such a high just to watch them save a ton of money!!  Their total came out to $335.00.  They received $120 back in gift cards and the coupons took their bill down to $0.00!!!!  They even gave us a coupon, for every $50 we spent, we got a $10 gift card back to Target.  Our bill came out to $118 and somehow we got $40 in gift cards.  If anyone can explain that to me a little better, I would appreciate it!  They gave me so tips on how to coupon and now I have the coupon fever!  I even ordered me some baseball card sleeves for my binders to help me coupon more efficiently.  I love going on STLMOMMY for tips on couponing and such.     Andy and I had a date night also.  We went out to St. Louis Zoo for "Wild Lights" and dinner at Fortel's Pizza Den.  You can read all about that here.

Sunday - went out to my brother's that morning to pick up some stuff from him.  Found out about Claire's awesome way of eating Oreo's.  She takes them apart, scrapes all the icing off with her teeth, then gives the dogs the cookie part.  Haha, that is one smart 1 year old!!  Ran out to Target to return some Christmas lights that didn't work.  Ran over to JcPenney's to redeem my $15 in free coupons from the button's I received last week.  Awesome deal!  I got 2 sports bras and a workout shirt for $6 after coupons!! Then ran over to Sports Authority to return some sweat pants, tried to find my favorite pants from there and they don't carry them anymore.  Sadface!  I am not a fan of the Champion sweat pants, I like the Rawlings sweatpants the best, but no go at Sport Authority. :(  Went over to dinner at the in-laws.  We had "City Chicken", ranch potatoes  and rolls.  No green, but very delicious!  Thanks for a great dinner Lynn and Tim! Spent the rest of the night watching "Sister Wives" (I have to say, it was not a good episode, and in fact, kind of boring).

Days till Christmas, 15!  Holy cow!!!
Days till the New Year 2013, 22!!

5 for Five #2

How in the world is it Monday already?!?

Time to link up for my second 5 for Five!
Thanks to Jenn and Jessica for this fabulous link up!!

Here were the goals I set for last Monday.  What I highlight in green I accomplished, what I highlight in red, is a failure.  :(   This is going to be embarrassing....

  1. Make dinner every single night this work week!  That's Monday through Friday!!  I think I can.  I made sure to make a list of what I actually need at the grocery store to make sure I am successful for this challenge this week.  With last week being so busy meeting up with people after work and running errands, unfortunently, dinner was only made on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.  I blame Andy for Thursday.  I had the crock pot meal made for him, he just needed to put it in the warmer to cook and he forgot.  Oh well.....he tried.  Still love him.
  2. Eat vegetables with at least every dinner I make.  This was accomplished with meals on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Tuesday I made Chili and wasn't too hungry so I skipped on the veggies and just ate Chili.
  3. Walk my goal of 10,000 steps everyday this week  I am going to tweek this goal, I worked out hard on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Tuesday and Thursday were "rest" days, so my goal of 10,000 steps were not met.  BUT, I worked out the most I had in a long time, so that's a plus!!
  4. Paint my finger and toe nails to Christmas colors!  (I finally took the orange off on Friday, just never got the repainted completed)  No excuses here....just didn't get to it.
  5. Finish Christmas shopping  This was finished on Saturday!!

December 10-14th Goals
  1. Mail out Christmas Cards, these should be in this week.
  2. Wrap all Christmas presents and put under the tree.  Post a photo on my blog :)
  3. Make dinner every single night this work week.  I am determined to make this goal this week!
  4. Get those nails painted to be festive!!
  5. Start Couch to 5K!
    1. Monday - 5 minute warm up walk, Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking.  5 minute cool down walk.
    2. Wednesday - 5 minute warm up walk, Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking.  5 minute cool down walk.
    3. Friday - 5 minute warm up walk, Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking.  5 minute cool down walk.

Come back next Monday to see how I did!
