Breakfast - 1 slice of pumpkin bread, 1 medium banana, french vanilla coffee
Snack - Chobani Greek Yogurt, Strawberry Banana with some multi-grain cheerios.
Lunch - 1/2 of a Campbells Vegetable Beef Soup Bowl and a Salad of Romaine lettuce, broccoli florets sliced carrots, sliced cauliflower, sliced cabbage and a bit of Imo's rope cheese (provel cheese)
Snack - Pre-sliced Apples
Dinner - St Louis Bread Co (Panera Bread for those outside of St Louis)
"You Pick Two"
1/2 Caeser Salad
1/2 Smoked Turkey Breast on Sesame Bread
Snack - a handful of peanut butter pretzels
As you can see, lots' O green today for me.
Yes, it may be boring salad, but hey its green and it counts!!

Your exactly right, it's green so it counts :) I think your day of meals sound delicious!
Glad you said what St. Louis Bread Co. was because I would have never known! Is it a branch of Panera Bread? Or the original or something?

St. Louis Bread Co. and Panera is the same thing. Is was originally started in St. Louis and the company took the chain outside of St Louis and decided to give it a more universal name, Panera Bread. It's good, regardless of the name! :)
