Lose 5 lbs in February {#2}

Linking back up with with Mallory over at Mal's Miles for

Lose 5 lbs in February!

I promised that I would be honest about my weight loss/gain and today I have to be really honest, even though I don't want to be....

Weight gain: +2 pounds :(

This week I was lazy and tired and had no desire to do anything.....whomp whomp whomp.....

Friday: 30 minute lunch walk
                30 minute treadmill
(5 min warm up walk, jog 1 min, walk 1.30 min, 5 min cool off walk)
Saturday: day off
Sunday: another day off (which was so lazy of me) (does walking around Target count?)
Monday: 30 minute lunch walk ( I did hit 10,500 steps though!!)
Tuesday: day off
Wednesday: 30 minute lunch walk
Thursday: day off

So here is the next 7 days goals, if I don't put down goals, it just wont get done.

Friday: 30 minute lunch walk
              30 minutes treadmill
Saturday: walk Keeley around the neighborhood
Sunday: day off
Monday: 30 minute lunch walk
                 30 minutes treadmill
Tuesday: 30 minute lunch walk
Wednesday: 30 minute lunch walk
                       30 minutes treadmill
Thursday: 30 minute lunch walk

I do want to say something else, I read that Melissa McCarthy was rated on her new movie, Identity Theft by some dumb critic.  He decided to criticize her weight and even called her a hippo.  Seriously!?!  Why is it that our weight defines us and people think they have the right to call people out on it.  I absolutely love Melissa McCarthy!  Some people may not like her jokes or think she is funny but it's no reason to resort to calling her a hippo on a movie that you just did not like.  That my friends is bullying and it can really put a damper on how women view themselves.  There is no reason for it.

Don't be discouraged, you can do it! :)

I can't believe that critic said that, just awful and disgusting.

Thanks for linking! You have a great plan and goals for next week that will help you on your journey. You've got this!

Melissa McCarthy is lovely and hilarious. We are going to see Identify Thief tonight and I'm super pumped.
