5 for Five #8

Happy Presidents Day!

Oh how I wish I was off work today, but instead it's a payroll Monday for me. BOO!
Okie doke, time to link up for my 5 for Five!
Thanks to Jenn and Jessica for this fabulous link up as always!!

FantasticallyAverage

Here's how I did last week at my goals:
{Green=goal reached, Red=goal not reached}

February 11-15

  1. Workout at least 2 times this week.
  2. Drink, drink, drink lots of water!  NO SODA!  :)
  3. Start a new sewing project: a quilt for the living room
  4. Don't overeat!!!!
  5. Dinner at home every weeknight: (yes, veggies will be served with every meal)
    1. Monday - BBQ Cups
    2. Tuesday - Shake n Bake Chicken
    3. Wednesday - Spaghetti
    4. Thursday - Hamburger Helper
    5. Friday - Chicken Patty's
3/5 not so bad!

I did really well with no soda all week long, and then the weekend came and those Diet Ginger Ale's were staring at me on Sunday with my taco bell.  And then we stop to get gas in my car Sunday night and Andy runs into get me a soda at 8pm (a Diet Dr Pepper with Cherry), what in the world was I thinking!?!!  I slept maybe 2-3 hours last night....Caffeine has never effected me like it did last night.  Never again will I do that.  That was my first Diet Dr Pepper in a couple weeks and man it was good but HELLO caffeine....
I did start my quilt over the weekend and am happy to report it's going really well!!
I did really really well with not overeating  and then again, the weekend came...god I HAVE to stop doing that to myself...
Dinner at home was a fail because Tuesday I wasn't too hungry and we had a coupon for a free Papa John's pizza, so we ordered it and I of course had to get cheese sticks....bad me.  Thursday was Valentine's Day too (man I was not thinking when I did my goals), Andy took me to Olive Garden for dinner but we celebrated on Friday night.
Ok, enough rambling

Lets get to this week's goals at hand:

February 18-22

  1. Drink lots of water
  2. Don't overeat!!
  3. Keep working on my sewing project.  It's really starting to come together
  4. No stressing out (especially with this "bad" weather they are calling for on Thursday
  5. Dinner at home every weeknight: (yes, veggies will be served with every meal)
    1. Monday - leftovers from Saturday night (I'll be posting about it this week)
    2. Tuesday - Shake n Bake Chicken
    3. Wednesday - Spaghetti
    4. Thursday - Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
    5. Friday - Chicken Patty's
(I would like to note that yes, my menu looks pretty familiar to last week, however; I will say that I don't always stick to my dinner plans I put on here, it's really a way for me to plan out my meals but I don't have to stick to this one on this night only. Only one thing is a repeat from last week)

Hope your week goes by fast and stress-free!!  :)
