5 for Five #6

Here's how I did last week at my goals:

January 27-February 2

  1. Stop biting nails!!! (I'm giving myself half credit, although, I could have done better)
  2. Get the "extra" laundry cleaned, folded and put away
  3. Workout at least 3 times this week
  4. No SODA!!
  5. Drink more water, eat healthier

Meh, what a week.  The biting nails got better, but I didn't completely stop.  I forgot all about my goal of the "extra" laundry to get completed, bad me.  Working out didn't happen 3 times, it did happen 2 times though and only 1 lunch walk.  This week I need to get my booty in gear!  I did really really well with no soda until the weekend.  We ate at Lion's Choice on Saturday for lunch and I just cannot not stop myself from getting that Diet Dr. Pepper from the fountain machine with that yummy crushed ice in a foam cup, yeah it's an obsession....I am always good with drinking water at work, but at home on the weekend, that's a different story.  I need to wake up in the mornings and just get my bottle of water and keep it with me all over the house.  Every night after work, we had some errand to run so getting the workouts in and eating at home was a tough challenge.  

And onto the new week:

February 4th - 8th


  1. Get my lunch walks in at least 3 times this week
  2. Workout at least 3 times this week
  3. Drink 4 (20oz) water bottles a day 
  4. Not stress out so much! Relax and just get through the week as best as possible
  5. Dinner at home every weeknight this week (I'm planning it now so I stick to it)
    • Monday - Chicken and rice crock-pot meal
    • Tuesday - BBQ Cups
    • Wednesday - Spaghetti
    • Thursday - Nachos
    • Friday - Chicken Patty's

We all have 'so so' weeks so don't sweat it! I'm just glad that you're back with us for another linkup because we love having you! I really need to do ALL of your goals- 1 through 5 would certainly improve my week! Thanks for the great ideas of future goals. I know that you're going to do a fantastic job this week!
