Five for 5 #2

Happy Monday Morning!!

Before I begin my blog, I would just like to point out that I had a FANTASTIC weekend!

Nothing too extravagant happened, it just turned out to be a stress free, happy weekend spent with friends and family.  :)

Time to link up for my 5 for Five!
Thanks to Jenn and Jessica for this fabulous link up as always!!

Here's how I did last week at my goals:
{Green=goal reached, Red=goal not reached}

January 6-12th

  1. Make dinner 4 out of 5 nights.
  2. Workout at least 3 times this week.
  3. Walk on my lunch at least 3 days this week. {I would make it 5 days, but rain is in the forecast this week}
  4. Start a new sewing project
  5. Catch up on my Saturday cleaning {vacuuming and laundry}
Woohoooo!  4/5, not too shabby for the first goals of the year!  :)

I didn't think I would make the goal of making dinner 4 out of 5 night, especially since when I got home Monday night from work Andy asked to get White Castle's for dinner.  But we just made sure to not eat out anymore.  Go us!  Working out was not in my vocabulary last week, I just wasn't in the mood.  I did make sure to walk 3 days at lunch and after I got home from work on Friday, I took Keeley on a nice long walk around the neighborhood {about 30 minutes}.  My sewing project I will show you all later this week.  It was a bag/purse that I made for my sisters birthday.  I found the tutorial on a fellow bloggers site and thought that I could do that.  It came out looking really good, I was super proud of myself.  Special thanks to the husband for helping me out with the instructions, for some reason he can figure them easier than I can.

Ok, on to the goals for:

January 13-19th

  1. Make dinner 4 out of 5 nights! {Lets see if I can repeat this :) }
  2. Try one workout on the PS3, Get Fit with Mel B
  3. Walk at lunch at least 3 times this week
  4. Get to JoAnn's Fabrics to start a new sewing project {I need some fabric}
  5. Stop biting my nails {yup, I started biting again.  Bad Jessica...}
I know, boring goals, I had a really hard time thinking of some goals for this week.

I hope you all have a fantastic week ahead of you!  :)
